Hayley orrantia was born in the United States. Her main focus is actress, but she's also an acrobat and songwriter. She is best known as Erica Goldberg from the TV comedy series "The Goldbergs". She is, however, an avid music fan. When she was nine years old older, she started dabbling into music. She began training in the field of music professionally at 12 years old. When she was 13, she started making music. She recorded her debut album when she was 14. It has been non-stop ever since. Orrantia, born in America, but has Hispanic roots. While she has never lived in or spoke Spanish in Mexico, she still feels strongly proud of her Hispanic heritage. In order to preserve her heritage, she is learning Spanish. She also creates songs based on the language. One of her efforts was the creation of a Spanish track titled "Hasta Verte..' Orrantia appeared in The X Factor season 1's auditions during the summer 2011. Orrantia was awarded four "yeses" by the panel of judges on the Seattle live auditions after being selected from her YouTube entry. Although she originally auditioned in a single performance at "Hollywood Week" She, along with three other female vocalists were placed in an ensemble for the remainder of auditions. The group was eliminated at the fifth week of live shows.
