Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is most well-known for her character on the CW TV series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. She is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. Taylor Momsen studied at Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis.
